Very friendly staff, quiet and clean. But a bit far from areas of interest as shopping and site seeing ares and buses are not frequent .

The hotel is very nice. Especailly, my pants belt miss in the hotel after i leave, they admit to post the belt for me. it is a really good hotel to stay.

Staff was very helpfull and nice. Convenient distance to Malpensa Airport. The view was very nice!

The overall look was not very tidy. Room was old and the bed could have been better. Very old babybed was too expensive, 20€/night.

Very handy location for Malpensa,Como via motorways.Some great sightseeing close by.Good breakfast,clean rooms,easy parking.

Hotel all a bit tired.Not too much walkable from the location.Road quite busy and noisy.

We swam next to the hotel, but signs indicated that bathing is forbidden. We could not find a nice beach within walking distance of the hotel. There are public beaches in neighboring towns. Hotel is closed at night (12:30 to 7).

Nice and small hotel. Very clean rooms and the service was excellent. We loved the fact that it's a family hotel. Everything is possible, nothing you ask is too much. Very friendly owners and the food was great! Just give the owner the OK to prepare something special and you will not be dissapointed. We will definatly go back to visit this hotel to enjoy the pureness of Italy. PS: Loved the music during breakfast :)

We had a lovely time and cannot think of anything to discredit this hotel. Well, maybe the strange octopus that was staring at the beach in "far to small" swimming trunks". :) No seriously, this place is really great!!!!!!

It was across the road from Lake Como with a dining/bar area right on the Lakeside. It was off the main road so there was no interference from traffic.

Fantastic location with all rooms over looking the lake. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was basic with croissants, cereal, orange juice, tea, coffee.

Not much choice of resturants in this area, if going back to Como I would stay in Como it's self as there was loads of parking and driving in Como was easy.
